    Found everything I needed today. staff was exceptionally friendly this morning. My only issue was the woman at the self check out told me I had too many items and could not use the self check out. I've never been told that before

    Im not one to rant but This Walmart is by far the most unprofessional store I’ve ever shopped at. Within the first 5 minutes of walking in, I could tell that the store was quite busy considering the Christmas holiday weekend. I walked pass several employees standing around, talking, and playing. As I made my way to the Walmart Photo/Print counter I could see a customer ahead of me already speaking with department manager Danielle in regards to her order not being printed with good quality. I gave Danielle a few minutes to acknowledge that I was standing in line. After a few minutes passed, she looked up at me with a very nasty way and stated “You got a question or something?” I stated back that I was here to pick up an order. She replied “Give me the name. When did you order it because if it was yesterday, my printer is down.” I further explained to her that the order was placed two days prior and that it should have been ready yesterday but instead got cancelled in their system due to an employee error-( per associate I spoke with on the phone.) After finding my order, Danielle handed me the bag and walked away with a nasty attitude. I said “Thank you” and received no reply. Maybe it was the busy day but there’s no excuse why this lady handles customers the way she does. I hope that she’s able to seek coaching or training in efforts to improve her customer service.
